Guide to Sex Doll Breast Types: Solid, Hollow & Gel Explained

Breasts are one of the foundations of female sexuality, so manufacturers pay them special attention. There are three different types available.

Solid Breasts

Made entirely from the same material as the doll's body. Soft and springy, but doesn't go far enough for recreating the feel of real breasts.

Best for: Very small sizes, such as a flat or near-flat chest. For anything larger, an implant is strongly recommended.

Hollow Breasts

Contain air-filled pouches, making them softer and lighter. Feel more realistic than solid breasts but respond more like inflated balloons. Larger busts feel far too light.

Considered outdated — we recommend the third option.

Gel Breasts

The gold standard. Gel implants make them soft, full, heavy, and bouncy — almost indistinguishable from the real thing in both feel and movement. They respond naturally to touch and shift realistically with movement.

Our recommendation: Choose gel implants for all breast sizes and body types. They significantly increase realism and are well worth adding.
