Question 1

Why can I trust FullSizeDolls?

Accepted Answer

We work directly with 11 partner ateliers — ZELEX, Irontech, TOP-CYDOLL, FanReal, Real Lady, FunWest, Game Lady, Galatea, Aibei, RIDMII and SigaFun — and personally inspect every brand's production process. We visit factories multiple times a year, know the teams behind each doll, and maintain strong relationships with the designers and craftspeople. This means we guarantee the quality and authenticity of every model we sell. Any issues, defects, or concerns are resolved faster and more thoroughly than any third-party retailer can offer.

Question 2

Are the dolls as realistic as the photos?

Accepted Answer

Every model in our catalogue matches its photos exactly. We work exclusively with our own images — taken in our studio or provided by our partner factories. Before purchasing, you will receive detailed, unedited photos and videos with no retouching and no professional lighting. Your model will be 100% true to what you ordered. We never sell counterfeits — only original models from the world's top brands.

Question 3

Which material should I choose, silicone or TPE?

Accepted Answer

Silicone holds fine detail, resists stains and heat, and lasts longer, but costs more and feels firmer. TPE is softer and warmer to the touch and much friendlier on price, though it needs powdering and is more prone to staining from dark fabrics. We also offer hybrid builds — a silicone head paired with a TPE body — giving you the best of both worlds: gallery-grade facial detail with a warmer, more yielding body.

Question 4

What height should I pick?

Accepted Answer

Below 150cm is easy to move and store. 155–165cm is the most popular range. Above 165cm looks the most lifelike but weighs 38kg or more, so plan for a storage solution and a second pair of hands.

Question 5

How long does a configured doll take to arrive?

Accepted Answer

Standard builds ship in 7–14 days from the factory. Options such as implanted hair or the heating system add up to a week. You will receive a photo and video report from the factory before shipping, and a tracking link as soon as the box leaves our facility.

Question 6

How discreet is the packaging?

Accepted Answer

100% anonymous. Plain double-walled boxes with no branding, no images, and a neutral sender name. The customs paperwork contains a generic product description. Even the courier will not know what is inside. We have shipped to remote locations worldwide and discretion is never compromised.

Question 7

How does the ordering process work?

Accepted Answer

1. Choose your model and configure options (skin tone, eyes, hair, bust, extras). 2. We prepare a technical specification and sign a purchase agreement. 3. The factory builds your doll to spec. 4. Our quality control team inspects every detail against the specification. 5. We send you a photo/video report for approval. 6. Only after your approval do we ship. 7. We inspect again at our facility before final dispatch to you.

Question 8

What payment methods do you accept?

Accepted Answer

All payments are processed online through our secure payment partner. We accept all major debit and credit cards worldwide. In countries where traditional payment methods are not supported, we fully accept cryptocurrency (Bitcoin, Ethereum, and other major coins) — available to every customer in every country, no exceptions.

Question 9

Can I pay in installments?

Accepted Answer

Yes — we offer installment plans from 3 to 12 months through our banking partners. The terms are always tailored to your situation. Contact us to discuss options available in your country.

Question 10

Can I make a doll from a photo?

Accepted Answer

It is possible, but results vary. Custom builds based on reference photos require extensive consultation and the outcome may not match your expectations exactly. Contact us with your reference images and we will advise honestly on what is achievable.

Question 11

How do I care for my doll?

Accepted Answer

All our dolls are made from premium materials, but they do require proper care. Wash with warm water and mild unscented soap, pat dry, then apply renewal powder every few weeks. Store lying flat or hanging from the supplied bracket to avoid creasing. Avoid dark dyes and direct sunlight. A detailed care guide is included with every order.

Question 12

Can I buy replacement parts?

Accepted Answer

Yes — heads, wigs, eyes, inserts, and other parts are all available separately for every sculpt we list. Contact us with your order number and we will match the exact tone and specifications.

Question 13

Do you accept returns?

Accepted Answer

Unused, unopened dolls can be returned within 14 days of delivery for a full refund minus return shipping. For hygiene reasons we cannot accept returns once a doll has been unwrapped, unless it arrived faulty. Manufacturing faults are covered for two years on the skeleton and twelve months on the skin — send us photos and we will repair, replace or refund.

Question 14

Is my order insured?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Every order is fully insured for 100% of its value during the entire journey — from factory to your door. If any damage occurs at any stage, we will replace the model at no cost to you.

Question 15

Do you ship internationally?

Accepted Answer

Yes, we ship worldwide. Typical transit is 3–10 business days depending on destination. Import duties, where they apply, are the responsibility of the recipient. We have successfully delivered to over 50 countries.
