How to Properly Unpack Your Doll

Congratulations on your purchase! Before you start unpacking, read this guide carefully.

Step 1: Unpacking and Checking

Inspecting the Box

Once delivered, immediately photograph the box. Document any signs of damage. Note that box damage doesn't necessarily mean the doll inside is damaged.

Removing the Model

Carefully open the box with scissors or a utility knife — insert no more than 0.5 cm to avoid cutting your doll. Remove the safety frame, head, accessories, wigs, and other items. Then pick up the model with both hands: one above the waist and one below the hips.

Do not lift by arms or legs — this could damage extremities.

Checking the Doll

Examine from all angles. Inspect the surface for damage. Gently move limbs to ensure joints are flexible and correctly positioned. If you notice any damage, record a detailed video.

Step 2: Cleaning Before First Use

You will need: Irrigator (included), water, antibacterial soap, talcum powder, soft sponge, microfibre towel.

Prepare antibacterial soap and warm water

Gently wash the body with a soft cloth

Rinse soap residue with plain water

Avoid getting water on the neck (metal joint — rust risk)

Clean intimate areas thoroughly with the irrigator

Dry completely — insert a tampon to absorb remaining moisture

Apply talcum powder after fully dry

Your doll is now ready for its first use. Always follow the care guidelines.
